About Dr. Woeber
Dr. Teena Woeber is the founder of In-Sync Chiropractic & Laser Therapy and brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and business, including 17 years in private practice. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University East, graduating Summa Cum Laude, after beginning her academic path at Eckerd College on a Presidential Full Scholarship in International Business. Her early work with Standard Process introduced her to pioneers in Applied Kinesiology and clinical nutrition—formative influences that continue to shape her integrative, wholeperson approach.
A WholePerson Approach to Healing
Dr. Woeber’s care is warm, intuitive, and deeply collaborative looks at how neurological, musculoskeletal, physiological, and biochemical systems interact, and how mental, emotional, and spiritual states influence healing. Her focus is on identifying and addressing the core issues beneath the symptoms, helping patients restore balance, improve mobility, and build long-term resilience. Her mission is to help people stay well, maintain function, and prevent decline long before disease develops.
A Personal Healing Story
Dr. Woeber’s dedication to patient care is shaped by her own healing journey. She recovered from two episodes of herniated discs and disabling sciatica—each requiring months of immobility—and was described by her orthopedic doctor as one of the “1% miracle cases” who avoided surgery. She also overcame severe mold illness and fibromyalgia, giving her a lived understanding of chronic illness and the body’s capacity to heal when the right systems are supported. Laser Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT) played a pivotal role in her recovery and is now a cornerstone of her practice.
Neurodevelopment & Functional Neurology Background
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Woeber spent more than a decade specializing in educational kinesiology and neurodevelopmental reflex repatterning, supporting infants, children, adults and athletes.
She was also the Founder and Lead Facilitator of the Pathwork of California Children’s Self-Development Program, a role that deepened her commitment to supporting children’s neurological, emotional, and cognitive growth.
She has a broad foundation in functional neurology principles, developed through university‑level study, professional training, and continuing education. She further expanded this background in a leading Functional Neurology clinic, gaining exposure to neural‑based soft‑tissue techniques and a wide range of neurological, vestibular, and orthopedic therapeutic approaches.
Her additional clinical training includes work in the Life University outpatient rehabilitation center and an integrated chiropractic/physical therapy clinic, both utilizing Erchonia lasers.

A Foundation in Leadership & Integrative Healthcare
Before entering chiropractic, Dr. Woeber held leadership roles across healthcare, business, and creative industries—including positions with:
• Walt Disney Company / Go.com
• Walden Surfboards
• Hay House Publishing
• Matilija Sanctuary & Hot Springs
• Standard Process of Southern California
• Oshié by Teena (her fine art and design studio)
These experiences strengthened her skills in communication, systems thinking, strategic planning, and patient education—qualities that now enrich her clinical practice.
A Personal Note
Dr. Woeber has a lifelong love of music, movement, athletics, and dance. Flamenco remains one of her greatest passions, reflecting the same grounded, expressive, and rhythmic intelligence she brings to her clinical work.
She is forever grateful for the support of her parents, both healers in their own right.
